Refund Policy

1. What you buy

Every PPWEditor.com account includes 100 free pages per calendar month. Pages beyond that are paid with page credits, sold as one-time packages. One credit covers one processed page. Credits do not expire and there is no subscription, so nothing renews or is charged again automatically.

2. 14-day refund

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase:

• If you have not used any credits from that package, you get a full refund.
• If you have used some of them, we refund the unused credits, in proportion to the price you paid.

When a refund is issued, the refunded credits are removed from your account.

3. If something goes wrong on our side

You only pay for files you download: pages and credits are used when the download of a finished file starts. A file that fails, and a job that times out or that you never download, cost nothing. If a download breaks off, the same file can be downloaded again free of charge for 15 minutes. If a file could not be processed because of a fault in the Service and credits were still deducted, tell us and we will restore those credits or refund them, whenever the purchase was made. The same applies if you were charged twice for the same order.

4. How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@ppweditor.com from the email address of your account, and include the order number from your receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt email. We usually answer within two business days.

5. How refunds are paid

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles payments, refunds and billing enquiries. Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including any statutory right to withdraw from a purchase.
